What to do before you leave by noon.

Checkout is by 12:00 PM. Before you go:

1. Load and start the dishwasher.
2. Put used towels in the bathtubs. Leave the beds unmade.
3. Take out the trash and latch the bins.
4. Turn off the fireplaces, fire pit, and grill. Put the hot tub cover on.
5. Close and lock the windows and sliding doors.
6. Set the thermostat to the guide’s default (see Heating and cooling).
7. Lock the door on your way out.
